I have to say, that I’m somewhat amazed by the Fartlek AO. It’s not the location, it’s not fact that it’s surrounded by hills in every direction, it’s the people that consistently show up with absolutely NO prompting. We actually had more reasons NOT to come to the workout than we did to actually show up. 

There was no one on the calendar signed up to Q, no preblast went out, and according to weather channel it was supposed to be raining at 5:30. 

STILL 7 people show up ready to go. 

This may not be the fastest running workout in the region, but I dare say it’s the premier running AO in the region. You literally can’t keep people from showing up.

Oh and btw…we ran down to Stumptown and took a left down Northcross to the light at 73 and back for just about 5 miles. Nice work fellas
