FNG-1 is Joey Liseno, AKA Grumpy

As 2 souls gathered at 05:14 and waiting for the coming crowd, they soon realized the crowd wasn’t actually coming.  As they were about to depart, there in the distance shone a bright light! Who was it? Could it be…? Yes…it was Shaken!  He had decided to overcome his body’s resistance to warm, early, humid air and go out “for a run.”  When he saw the Pax’ look of anticipation and excitement at his presence, Shake couldn’t help but abandon his run and join our little gang.  Shortly after commencing, the group of 3 picked up one more straggler, this one known as Caesar. As he sallied into view from afar, we could tell he was weary from travelling such a great distance, but also knew a brisk workout would put wind in his sails and set him back on course for the day.

Each of the “respect” crew led some exercises and Grumpy did his best to keep a happy disposition, vowing at the end to “never work out again.”

He’ll be back, as will the rest of us and some of you!
