Mary

As always I passed the Mary exercise around and totally forgot most of them. I do recall Goodlife calling Burpees. He will be passed in the rotation next time!

 

Moleskine 

  • Great to see some folks like Swing State, Nhair, and Olive  that don’t typically make it to Gladiator.  Awesome catching up gang!
  • The rain held off we ended up with only very light misting that was evaporating before hitting the ground.
  • Great mumble chatter today as we were all gasping for air
  • Thanks to Carpetbagger for allowing me to Q and for the PAX to use his weights!
  • Total exercise count was 750 for those playing at home
