YHC is still nursing his Achilles tendon (trying to make sure it’s good to go for the Memorial Day Murph). So, as promised, running was virtually non-existent this morning. 25 pax saw this in the preblast and thought they’d be able to take it easy after the smoke show at Dragon Slayer yesterday (Congrats 9 Lives!). “No running? Easy!” they thought. Oh, but they were SORE-ly mistaken (see what YHC did there). The backblast is short, but the beatdown felt like it was gonna last forever. You had to be there to understand, but here’s how it went for those that missed it.

- As promised, we did absolutely ZERO running today. Hasselhoff started running between pain stations sending YHC into a frenzy.
- Mumblechatter was relatively lowkey considering the pax in attendance. The Meow Mix did rev the mumblechatter engine a little bit though.
- YHC can't take full credit for the workout plan as I stole most of it from Landline. Thanks brother!
