With both of us having sore knees we decided not to run much. ( No comments required on this)

As usaul we have the discussion is it worth it for just two PAX every week to show up to the Meat Locker. Still waiting on the crowds of new guys. 

Workout was a little lax today, but sometimes that is needed I believe. 

Dolittle will be at the tri at SVU this Saturday if anyone wants to test their stamina.
