10 of a LOT of things: overhead press, lawn mowers, dips, squats, lunges, side lunges, pull-overs, SSH, windmill, low curl, high curl, full curl, toes out calf raise, toe in calf raise, toes regular calf raise, skull crusher (standing and lying down), Russian twist… and the list goes on, just like that damn workout!
Fun though, when all is said and done.
