No Women at F3 Workouts

0500: ~3 mile standard for YHC and Popcorn. We dodged all the frogs and then had to run away from a pickup truck in the rain. Also it was too fast 1st F paced.

 

0530: We launched and serpentined to the pull-up bars. 5 OYO pullups. Circle up. Disclaimer.

11s – Bear crawl from parking spaces to pull-up bars, 10 pull-ups OYO, lunge walk back, 1 jump squat. Continue until 1 pull-up and 10 jump squats. Toxic was quick to note that this was stupid. YHC thought it was pretty fun!

Wet Moleskine

  • Much complaining about working out in the rain and everything being too wet. The Q reminded the pax about the 5 core principles of F3.
  • The conversation very quickly went from PG to PG-13 to R. This is why we don't invite women to our workouts. If any wives could hear us, it'd be a night on the couch.
  • YHC promised no burpees and not a single burpee was done! We just did 60 pull-ups, 55 jump squats, 60 dips, and 90 mericans. But no burpees!
  • Amen did a double-grunt. Toxic may never recover.
