Non-circle to circle workout


Quick warm up with short hunting story. Short version pops and I got after it on the mountain.  No grouse.

Headed to the first traffic circle. No wait we decide to change up the workout. Thanks E. 

Grab some cinders. Short push by group 1 and run by group 2. Bodies are warm. 

Short run around school stop to do some hand release merkans. Rocky Balboas and continue around the school for run. 

Four corners with small ladder. Each corner add on exercise with sprint to next corner.  First 10 HR merkans. Then next corner add 20 Freddy’s and next corner add 30 squat jumps 1/4 turn. 

40 mind benders

run back around school with merkans and rocky balboas. 

Bsck to blocks for some more short pushes with running partner exercises. Runner is clock.

Put cinders up. 

Few extra corners with HR merkans. 

Recover Recover.
