The thang: We ran the normal 4 Banger route (4 miles) with 4 stops but I gave PAX the option to do 25 Merkins at each stop or modify to stretch or stand still and do nothing.
Mary: stretch down and touch your toes (or as far as you can go), pidgeon and grab your back leg for quad stretch (if you can), then switch sides
