4 brave warriors met this morning for a beatdown, here's how it happened.
YHC was all alone for a 2 mile standard. I planned on going a few laps around the track at NM park but on my way there I discovered that in the dark, it is terrifying being there by yourself so I decided I'd take my chances running on Old Statesville road with cars rather than test my luck in the dark. (Please don't make fun of me but if you have to I understand)
Luckily Daisy, Kumquat, and Fescue showed so I wasn't alone anymore.

- Mosey to parking lot near bball courts (not by myself so I was brave)

The Thang:
- Mosey to rocks by playground, and pick a rock
- Curl, Shoulder Press, Squat, Squat Press
- 3 rounds 10 then 12 then 10 again all in cadence
- Substituted out squat press for something after round 1 but my memory is failing me
- Rocks down
- Slow mose around building to benches
- 10 step ups each leg oyo
- Derican
- 10 box jumps
- Incline Merican
- Slow mose back to rocks and picked a new rock
- 21's (curl halfway up, then from halfway up to all the way up, then a full curl 7 of each to equal 21)
- On your 6
- Chest press
- Skull Crusher
- Repeato
- Say goodbye to our faithful rocks
- Before returning to starting point AMRAP
- Fescue crushed this one
- Mosey back uphill is never fun
My timing was way off so we had about 15 minutes of Mary and I apologize for that but at least we ended with some stretching!
