A "No Run Workout" sounded like a good idea but I don't know if it really was. With no intermittent running, the pain never seemed to stop but that didn't keep the sweat from pouring down our faces. Leg exercises were NOT on the "winky" however our upper bodies and abs took a beating. Here's the rest of the story.

Thank you JimmyO for giving me the opportunity to lead this mornings pain eventhough I have a bum ankle. I guess we could have done a little bit of running knowing I have a knee scotter but I felt guilty imposing that on the PAX since it would have been "cheating" on my part. As they say , "If you can't Q it, don't do it".
And for the rest of the PAX I was hoping to hear a little more mumble chatter. I couldn't decide if it was quiet because everyone was so keenly focused on the exercises pushing to get through or if we hit the sweet spot for the pace and exercise type. Regardless, I hope everyone thoroughly enjoyed the workout because I did. And I really appreciate you guys following my lead eventhough it hurt so good.
Always remember that in all phases of your life, the obstacles you encounter are merely that, obstacles. And when stepping though the process of overcoming and pushing through, you have a brotherhood in F3 that is here to help you along the way but it starts with YOU. It takes consistency, intentionality, perserverance, and accountability. Don't wait for the PAX to reach out to you, step out and share your obstacles with your Shield Lock. And if you do not yet have a Shield Lock, please make an effort to ask those men closest to you about joining forces to create better accountability and overcome your life obstacles.
I appreciate everyone one of you.
Enjoy the journey. Lead with Love.
