What a gorgeous morning with the stars shining bright. It was a little warmer that past mornings at 73′. The pax was pumped to get moving. The goal today was running with some pain stations. We wandered around the Wilderness AO heading down various streets. At each corner we stopped to get in some exercising. All together a good solid workout for the gang.
Prayers out today for Jersey Boy as he goes under the knife for knee surgery!
