Not IHOP’s super stack

Island hopping with a super stack usually sounds good but this was no vacation or IHOP.  6 PAX enjoyed the beat down.  At Bam Bam’s request, the March Madness rage continued. 

 

Warm up:

 

Leave KB at front of church 

 

Walking toy soldier to right front corner of church 

Mosey to back 5 burpees 

Mosey to front of church circle up

15 SSH

10 WM

10 cotton pickers

Head to 1st island with KB

 

Thang:

After each exercise 10 reps run to the end of parking lot island (approx 100 yds) then back. Move one island up then add an exercise.  10 exercises and 10 islands.
