When you are the MQ and you are Q’ing your own AO, it tends to add pressure to show up early. The add in the fact that you were told an FNG is expected to show. And of course running late, a trooper pulls up behind me as I am approaching the ‘forever light’ at the intersection of West Moreland and HWY 115. Ergh. Couldn’t run the stop light to possibly make it to the AO on time. Not a good example for the FNG 😔😞

Warm O Roma – Windmills slow IC X 10, long snapper IC X 10, arm circles both directions, SSH IC X 15, ISTs IC X 15, runner’s stretch both sides for 5 seconds hold, Toy Soldiers IC X 10.

KB Curls, Zamporini, Allen Iverson’s, and around the world as we walked to the rear of the school 

The Thang – perform a called exercise, then Mosey around the playground.

Exercises called: Curls IC X 10, Overhead Press IC X 10, Skull Crushers IC X 10, Squats IC X 10. 8 count bodybuilder.

On your 6 – chest press IC X 10, LBCs IC X 10, Pretzel Crunches IC X 10, Dieing Cockroach IC X 10, WWIIs X 10 count 

Indian Walk w/ KBs – each PAXs calls their own walking exercise when in the front of the line. Exercises called:

Greyhound = Zamporini 

FNG Chris = Overhead Press 

Holiday = Curls

Deep Dish = Skull Crushers 

The Thang 2 – each PAX calls and leads their called exercise.

Greyhound = Lawnmowers IC X 5 each arm, Bentover Rows IC X 

FNG Chris = Upright Rows IC X 10 

Holiday = forward lunges IC X 10 

Deep Dish = Skull Crushers IC X 10
