Here is what those of us who did Foundry accomplished. We took a brief mosey up to the pull-up bars circled up and did warm up exercises – side straddle hops, imperial storm troopers, long snappers, windmills, Merkins and squats.Then we ran the Horshoe on one end start by doing 20 Merkins run to the other side and add 20 pickle pounders run back add 20 squats run back and add 20 plank jacks run back and add 10 burpees run back and drop Merkins run back and drop pounders run back drop squats run back drop jacks and run back dropping burpees. Meet up with full group for Mary With A Rope. The Force supplied the rope. The first person calls an exercise then moves to the next person while the one that just called the exercise does the rope exercise until that PAX turn is over.
