WARM-O-RAMA:
Excelsior has unofficially become a rucking workout, though not officially on the calendar. And, it is really up to the Q to lead whatever workout and whatever style of workout he pleases.
On Saturday, we kept it to a ruck but we didn't go the usual route.
The Thing:
- We rucked into the Carrington Ridge neighborhood, then around the new Community School of Davidson stadium parking lot.
- We ended with a lap around the track back at the AO.
- Total distance was 2.08 miles, a little lighter than usual because we had a late start in case there were any late joiners.
Moleskin:
- Thank you 66 for the opportunity to lead. 66 clarified that he does not need back the bricks he gave me for my ruck, some 5 ish years ago. Thanks bud!
- Officially, this was Pit Stop's first ruck. Glad to be a part of it. Strong double down my friend.
