YHC got EH'd into Qing during Gambini's VQ when Tantrum looked around COT and asked who hadn't Q'd Fallout in the last 3 months (my last Q at Fallout was in September 2019). So I took a spot on the calendar. Here's what went down.

Moleskine

  • 30 burpees, 40 Dips, and 210 mericans is an upper body crusher. We worked in core and legs but right now its my arms that are dead.
  • YHC has all the injuries so running was kept to 0.0 miles. Hoping to be back to normal in the next week or two.
  • After driving home from Fallout, YHC did his prescribed 50 burpees in the garage. It was hard.
