Mosey to the lower pavilion for another round of calf raises, peoples chair, incline merkins, step ups, dips, slow squats.
Mosey back with a stop for mobility. Recover, recover.
Great work this morning. Heavy on the arms but I needed it after 3 months of developing runners arms. Prayers for Lowden Swain, Smores, and JB’s upcoming ACL surgery. Appreciate the pax joining me in the gloom this morning.
