  • Broke the recent unofficial Q string of no counting today with some major counting involved

  • Unofficial scoring of the 99 exercises included a total of 484 LBC’s, 319 High Knees, 165 Lunges, 165 SSH’s, 319 seconds of wall squat and 285 seconds of planking. Unoffical

  • There was a Lurker located in the corner of the Quarry parking lot when we arrived today.Kept his car running the whole time we were there.We initially thought he was there to take footage of us for a purposes workout video, but perhaps it was just trafficking. Very sketchy indeed

  • Try as you may, some weekends in the mountains you just cannot find yourself a convenient country style breakfast

  • Three assembled were still feeling the post mortem impacts of the Murph on Saturday. In a rather odd development, I believe the consensus reached was that we should do the Murph more often to become more accustomed to this level of pain and therefore make it hurt less

  • Perhaps the low turnout was due to the time change for daylight savings this past weekend. There very well could have been a group that came an hour earlier to workout and finished before we got there 

  • Big curling tournament coming up this weekend. In it to win it

  • I need you on that wall….
