Another Cobalt Record, Twelve! Thanks for coming out: Lucky Dog, OxyClean, Flea, Tank!
As Q, Double Double brings the people. And the pain (mostly to himself).
Here's how it went down.
Warm o Rama
- Windmills, Toy Soldier, SSH, TAC (tiny arm circles)
The Thang
- Get two bricks from the Natmobile
- Newton's cradle. ICx10
- Colt 45
- We're not worthy, party on Wayne, party on Garth
- Overhead press
- Run 100 yards with bricks, then: 10 mecans ic, 10 squats ic, mtn climbers 10 ic, 5 burpees (and at least once with curb brick dips.
- "Cusak (Say Anything)" run back to start.
Repeato el do. Repeato el tres.
Mary
- Dying cockroach (with bricks), WWII (with bricks), low flutter (no bricks), side brick raise
Moleskin
- TAC "I can fly, I can fly".
- My bricks are bigger than your bricks
- In your eyes, the light I see, in your eyes, I see the doorways, to a thousand churches
- 911 – how are the knees? Great to see you again!
- After 40 minutes of observation, Flea is invited to join Pax. Sorry Flea! Ignore Oktoberfest – we all do.
- On a positive note, Q learns that observation burns same calories as workout.
- Newton's cradle is a 4-count exercise. Q learns that Pax is unable to count higher than 3.
Great work men, it was a pleasure to lead!
