Warmorama: HighKnees, ButtKicks, Karaoke, SSH x 30, TS x 15, Windmills x 15, Mericans x 10

Main Event:  Ocho Loco – 8 stations strategically located up and down a hill.  8 reps per station.  8 exercises:

  • Squats
  • Mericans
  • Lunges
  • CDD
  • LBC
  • Diamond Mericans
  • Curb Dips
  • Burpees

The Moleskine:

  • According to the "Don King" reference, there was an expectation of a combat sport.  No boxing, just some other craziness. It was a "Thrilla from Manila" though!
  • Repetative Use Injuries.  Just sayin'…
  • The grade of the hill and the distance of the stations increases the difficult the Ocho Loco.  The original workout had 7 exercises, 7 stations called "The Beast".
  • Can I just do all my exercises here and not run?
  • 64 Burpees anyone?
  • Mojito ran home after the workout.  Extra credit indeed!
