October Edition of The Horseshoe


22 warriors emerged from the gloom to tackle the October edition of The Horseshoe and PAINinsula was delighted to host them.

 

The Thang:

Mosey to the Thoroughfare

Calf stretches on curb

Windmills X 10

Long Snappers X 10

Mosey to the base of the hill picking up 7 rocks on the way

The Horseshoe ascending and descending pyramid workout with 100 reps total of the following exercises (with the 1st 7 back to the base of the hill adding 20 rock curls)

Carolina Dry Docks

Squats

Little Baby Crunches

Low Flutters

'Mericans

 

Mosey to the Fire Station

Pretzel Crunch X 15 each side

Homer to Marge X 5

Mosey to the launch
