Oh, shoot, I’ve got the Q

I woke up at 4:35 and remembered I had the Q. I bet that's happened to you.

so I winged it.

Lots of mosey until Rodeo finally put his sneakers on, or whatever he was doing in his car. 

10 flights of stairs to warm up before we hit the back hill.

5 rounds; plank until I gave the go ahead, then Quadrafillia up the hill for 5 burpees, run down and hold various plank modes.  repeat counting down the burpees.

then hit the wall area for a reverse bear crawl, run to the wall and jump on it, reverse bear crawl to the curb:, Repeato x 5;  did some People's chair with a STapler favorite Moroccan night clubs, OH press and jazz hands.

to the school for more People's chair, squats, and whatever.  Mosey to the center of the lot for curb Merkins, fwd lunges and lots of Mary (LBC's, W's, Suzanne Somers, j-Lo's, Low flutter/Low dollie Medley, crunchy frogs and Merkins.

 

I've been seeing lots of Carpet Bagger and Camel Back at Night Ranger.  Carpet Baggers' wheel house is backwards running.  Great to see Rodeo out there in the gloom.  Keep up the fitness.
