Warm-up

• 20 SSH IC
• 20 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
• 10 Cotton Pickers IC
• 10 Jane Fondas each leg IC
• Bolt 45 Squats IC

Work-out

• Mosey to the top of LBH
• Turn around and Mosey to the top of BBH
• Then once we get there keep on Moseying to the club house
• Once we get the turn around and Mosey back to the bottom of the BBH
• LT Dan up the BBH
  •   1 lung each leg and then 10 squats
  •   2 lunges each leg then 9 squats ?
  •   3 lunges each leg then 8 squats all the way to 10 and 1
• 10 Deep squats IC 
• Mosey back to the playground
• 20 IC 2 IC London bridges with a pole (little to wet for this)
• Dominos to 10 8 
  • line up first in 1 arm plank position on a curb 
  • 1st PAX does 1 merkin, swap arms planking and go down the line until everyone has done 1 merkin. Continue until we all do 10 8 merkins
• 3 PAX do max pull ups while the other 3 do Peter Parkers and then swap up
• Mosey back to launch pad
• 10 Burpees, because the (Mustang) shovel flag hasn't made it out of the Jeep
• 20 15 Monkey humpers IC

• 1 minute of low planks
• 10 Crunch Fries IC I forgot
• 10 Jane Fondas each leg (forgot them in warm-ups, Thought I would let Metrodog do something for warmup since he showed up a little late)
• 10 Leg lifts IC
• 10 Flutter kicks IC 
• 10 Hello Low dolleys IC

Really trying to work on my selfishness. So, I thought I would try to hit home on that. One of my goals for this year is to invest into other people.
