- Then once we get there keep on Moseying to the club house

- 1 lung each leg and then 10 squats
- 2 lunges each leg then 9 squats ?
- 3 lunges each leg then 8 squats all the way to 10 and 1

108- line up first in 1 arm plank position on a curb
- 1st PAX does 1 merkin, swap arms planking and go down the line until everyone has done 1 merkin. Continue until we all do
108 merkins
- 3 PAX do max pull ups while the other 3 do Peter Parkers and then swap up
- Mosey back to launch pad
- 10 Burpees, because the (Mustang) shovel flag hasn't made it out of the Jeep

Really trying to work on my selfishness. So, I thought I would try to hit home on that. One of my goals for this year is to invest into other people.
