Hot, steamy morning in the hood challenged 6 men to sweat a little. Q’s plan attempts an all over body workout to produce sweat angels in parking lot. Good fun was had by all.

Summer is the time for family vacations. If you find yourself at the beach or mountains (or maybe on your back deck), take a moment to just listen and observe all that God has created. What a wonderful gift from God this world is, let it speak to you the Summer and be grateful to love a God that would share it with us.

Could have been a swim workout due to humidity.

Warbaby goes to Clark who was in beast mode.

Warm-up is carrying blocks back to parking lot where fun begins.

Dandelion was missed, as well as several other “regulars”.

Retread, Metro and Theuss all put in big efforts to complete this one.

This was fun, will definately be revisited some Thursday in the future.
