The turnout was much appreciated.
We started with the disclaimer, proceeded to the front of HT and put back two of the shopping carts to the front of the store.
Warm-a-rama – usual stuff (SSH, Mtn Climbers, arm circles and a special contribution from Snake Eyes, shoulder touch Merkins, of course).
Mosey to the Atrium building for Peoples’ chair, Rocky Balboa’s, etc. We went down the Greenway and partnered up for some wheelbarrow (2x’s each up the greenway).
Mosey back to the opposite side of Atrium for a mobility moment. Went to Barley Corn, a fine bottle shop, for dips, calf raises, and more dips.
We proceeded to Harris Teeter for 4 rounds of suicides (plain running, Merkins (5,10,15), Squats (5,10,15) and CDD (5,10,15). We planked plenty with L and R sides up while other Pax finished up.
Mosey to home base for LBC, Homer to Marge, pretzel crunches and finished out with Stromboli led Crunchy Frogs.
thank you all for a great way to start my birthday. When you start your mornings with F3, all things seem surmountable. I appreciate the joy and positivity of all of you. Thank you!
p.s. Thanks for all the Swimmers joining in a coffeteria.
Great Birthday Q Hippie! Have a great day, you earned it after 21,900 days.
Heckuva beat down by a 60 year old! Anyone ever seen a DL or birth certificate to verify Hippie’s age???

PS. Dunkin’ employees had WIDE eyes as the pax continued to roll in but wow – they served up the jo efficiently. T-Claps.
And to think I felt bad abandoning you at my Master Q! Holy cow! 24 at Fission? That’s gotta be a new record! A testament to the drawing power of one of F3’s finest! Thanks for taking the helm, brother!
