Great morning at Dragon Slayer and day 4 for week of ping this week.
Jobe came in from his Run around 0524 today and everyone else trickled in a bit later
YHC had a late started and started at 0531 but we did a nice:

12-10-8-6-4-2 Reps of Kettlbell cleans.
After every round of cleans pax did
8 Burpees
16 Squats.
After all the Pax Completed the rounds we headed into the second half of the workout which was a Pyramid/ Ladder (whatever you wanted to call it )
Start with taking a lap around the parking lot.
50 Flutter Kicks
40 Apollo ohnos
30 Merican’s
20 Jump Squats
10 Burpees
peformed this three times.

Jobe really brought it with the Music today. Apparently Bunyan, Troll and Flo learned how to be a rapper.
Apparently Q’ing Everday for a week really takes the enthusiasm out of Q’ing and generally just exhausting. Props to Toby for doing this monthly
