RT 66: mosey lap with rest stops for; 6 x burpees, merkins, squats, dips, karaoke,lunge walk,merkins,step ups, 3 sets of pull ups. Mosey to launch Pad for KBs. Did sets of curls, press, sc, trifecta, LM pulls, rows, dead lift, squats. On 6 for: lbc, SU, OH extend. plank position for 4 kB drags +1 merkin ladder to 5 and down to 1. Return KB.
Name a Rama for fng. Chubs from ‘Caddy Shack’ and Coach Miller from ‘Goldbergs’ were suggested. FNG was asked which he liked better. He selected Chubs therefore Coach Miller was obvious choice! Welcome Coach Miller!
