Warmup
1. 30 SSH IC
2. 20 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
3. 20 Windmills IC
4. 10 Merkins IC
The Thang
Run up LBH and 10 Burpees and then do to the playground
Stations:
1. Pull-ups, 2. Block rows, 3. Australian Rows, 4. WWI's, 20 reps as the timer for the other exercises
Out to the parking lot:
Sucicides between parking lines, 1 minute.
Stations:
1. Merkins, Skull Crushers, 3. Parallel Bar Dips, 4. 20 Burpees as the Timer

Circle up: 1. 10 Curls IC, 2. 10 Skull Crushers IC, 3. 10 Shoulder Presses IC 4. 10 Block Squats IC

1 minute Side to Side low stance touch using parking lot space lines (basketball/wresting drill)

Reflection
