Circle to the top to the entrance and back to the parking lot for the Warm-o-rama

Mosey to the baseball field and partner up
Wheelbarrow to 2nd base, switch and return to foul line
Partner 1 bear crawl to 2nd base and back while partner 2 does LBCs and switch
Partner 1 backwards run to second, sprint to outfield fence, backward run to second, sprint to foul line while partner 2 does W's and switch

1) Its been a long time since YHC had the helm of a regular workout. Admittely woke up early and sweated a bit about what I was going to do. Luckily the nearly 7 years of F3 supplied me with plenty of great ideas.
2) Mumble chatter was great though seemingly subdued this AM. Not sure if that was due to saving up for Memorial Day weekend or to my continued loss of hearing
3) Always a great feeling to have such a large group to lead and I am humbled to have the opportunity,
4) It was nice to not run but a 1/2 mile (or less) before, during or after a workout 🙂
