Great day for Titan to re-open….wait, did it ever close???? Anyway, once Snake Eyes arrived we were off an running on a balmy morning at the "dub" as my son used to call it…….

Thats enough of that, lets run! Took the long way around to the student lot and then across to the pit for some pain:
Pain 1: Ladder work with dips and the bottom and incline merkins at the top 1/9; 2/8; 3/7 and so on……
That's enough pain, lets around the school again…..much speculation upon the return to the pit on how far it is around the school…..more on that later
Pain #2: Ladder work but with squats and the bottom and decline merkins at the top…..this time add and reduce by 2 !!!
Run around the school again!!!!
Quickly into this lap Tantrum realized he underestimated his guess of .4 miles around as he noticed we were already .3 in before we got to the front of the school…….turns out it is about .7 miles around !!!! good to know for future Qs!!!
Arrive at the pit again for more Pain 3….. Same set up as Pain 2 but with LBCs and Carolina Dry Docks….
Still had time for another lap so off we went…….decided to forego Pain 4 and headed back to launch point for Mary

Great work today men!!! Always good to start the week off with a good run and a little pain!!!! I was not posting much at Titan when the "old school" workouts were going on but glad that the workout provided some good memories for some of the original Titan crew!!!!
