Moleskine

Rodeo and Ultraman were first on the scene – Rodeo staying in his warm car until critical mass gathered

I recognized Hot Wax’s Clemson hat right away, not a pretty sight

Thankfully Toxic arrived shortly after, Go Bucks!

Top Gun arrived without a bike, glad to have him back running and will now send him personal invitations to Fartlek.

The Force called out a general need to warmup prior to our warmorama – should we really be going straight into SSHs on a cold morning?  Staying up for a double OT Tarheel game may have played into that feeling.

Pax quickly caught on the 23 SSHs as today is Jan 23 and thought there may be deep meaning behind other counts vs. Q just making it up as he went which in hindsight was clearly the case.

Frontier arrived just in time for our mosey into action.

Mumble chatter was flowing this am, a bit of a slowdown in chatter to get through the burpees, but were able to recovery quickly once we set our sights on a visit to Travolta’s.

We covered a lot of ground this am and even navigated the grassy hill without incident.  But not enough ground for Ultraman as I noticed him running on the Parkway as I sped toward coffee.

Thanks to The Force for taking us out, well done.

Thanks to Hot Wax for bringing our average age down.

Thanks to Top Gun – appreciate the opportunity to lead this fine group of men this morning,
