On the Fly

5 decided that The General was place they wanted to spend their Friday morning.  I on the other hand waited til late the night before to see if someone magicial appeared on the schedule…..nope you got this!  Some of the best workouts are produced on the fly, so why not this one.

Warmorama:

  • Mericans x 10 ic
  • IST x 15 ic
  • Windmills x 10 ic
  • Dwight Shrutes x 10 ic
  • SSH x 25 ic

The Thang:

4 stations(Burpees,Pullups,Dips and WWII)

Start with 10 reps at each station and then drop 2 each round.  We lunge walked between stations 3 and 4 and sprinted back to the first station.

Once finished we ventured out to the rock pile and completed 3 rounds of curls,upright rows, chest press and skull crushers and then returned home for some Mary.

Moleskin:

This will be my last Q as the MQ. Samsonite will be taking the Q next week and then the keys to place. It has been an Honor these last 2 years heading up The General, and I want to thank all those that have stepped up and took a Q over the years. Samsonite will do a great job and he will need Q's, so signup now.  Until we meet again…….E
