Pax + F3 Jane which I didn't see listed.
It is not often I get too a workout while school is in sesion and as Full Moon was DR I also took the oppertunety to make it a rare Q as well.
We ran about 3 miles, felt a little pain, some stayed for coffee (I had to fly home).
COT: I dedicated this workout to my Father in Law who passed away 1 year ago today, my Mother who left us 8 years ago and all our loved ones we are missing today. We should always remember to celebrate our friends and family at every opportunity.
