5 Gents posted at Arnies Army because they felt the call to make up for sitting at home ALL DAY yesterday watching football and eating nachos. This little bit of penance was just what they needed. Here’s the quick summary:
Parking lot mosey down and around top then grab a block per man and enter warm-o-rama phase.

Old-school sit-up @ 20
Mosey to the bridge for a round of over and back with 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 ‘Mericans on the road side
Moseyed to the picnic tables- touch your butt to the bench @ 20
We then Moseyed back to our blocks for:
DORA
Partner 1 started on:
100 Block ‘Mericans
200 Block Swings
300 Alternating LBCs (each side is 1/2)
Partner 2 broad-jumps across the lot and runs back, swap and repeat
Upon completion we moseyed around the lot again and did one more round of picnic bench squats
Returning to the blocks we knocked out 30 block curls and 10 slow block squats
The blocks were put back and we ended with MARY of just 1 exercise: alternating little baby extensions
1. Great to see Kingsman out this morning. Good effort today. Will we see you tomorrow?
2. Shaken usually avoids workouts that preblast burpees. But he was pleasantly surprised to find ZERO burpees today. He continues to receive the safety award for wearing blinkys on the road and keeping us protected.
3. Kosar led the way for everyone on the Dora exercises and got innovative on the bench squats, opting to stand on top of the picnic table to make things harder.
4. Roadie didn’t even blink when he heard broad jumps were the traveling exercise. I’ve heard that’s his usual mode of transportation- the dude jumps everywhere he goes.
5. Prayers up for Shake’s sister-in-law and for Moonlight’s journey.
