Picked up the Q from Scope yesterday evening and it must have scared everyone off. I should have preblasted that I have a sprained wrist and that I would be taking it easy on the bells and maybe someone would have showed.
Warmup:
20 Side Straddle Hops in Cadence
The workout:
20x double arm curls
10x lawmower pulls (with the 50)
At this point I have verfied these are the only two excercises I can do with my wrist issue.
Double time mosey to pull up bars with bell. 5 pullups
Even pullups are an issue with the wrist – double time back to launch pad
20x double arm curls
10x lawnmower pulls (with the 50)
Just about everything hurts the wrist at this point. All bells on the ground.
2.5 mile run of 5 laps around the parking lot
