Moleskin:

  • Strong work by all today. Burpees are just the thing to take the wind out of you, whomever you are, when you do them throughout the entire workout.
  • The typical MacAulay crowd, minus a few, were prepared as usual to take on the morning, and they all showed their strength today!
  • Good to see Burgoo out there.  He's got the Q at The Wilderness tomorrow.  Bam Bam has the DragonSlayer.
  • BS call on the 10 hold mericans by Bunyan (that's a good thing for a Q to hear from a stud like him) and also heard Bunyan say – those 25 mericans to start the workout was "Bogey-like."  Again, i will take that as a compliment!
  • Baby Ruth all the way from the People's Republic – Davidson!
  • The "respect crew" was representing and kicking ass as usual!
  • Ty Webb – shocker alert – led the pack when running!  Caboose, your name would imply you are last, of which you never are!  Nice work as usual. Although i did hear a slight BS with the one-legged burpees from you – "just when i didn't think Burpees couldn't get any worse…"
  • Onstar – maybe you can help Unitied find his keys he lost between his house and "The Hooker."  It's the COT, so we asked no additional questions.
  • As I stated today during the COT – while not intentional, the hill climbing we did today (particulary the Crawl Bear) is a representation of life – many times throughout our days, weeks, months, and year, life presents us with hills we have to climb!  Some are easier than others, and some will just hurt badly.  Just like today, we need each other to motivate us to get up the hills, provide encouragement, so the next time, we know that we can do it…and be there to support the next guy!  Whatever hills you are presented with throughout your life, know that they can be climbed and with the fellowship of others, it makes them easier to climb…cause frankly, as men, we will all likely encounter similar hills as one another!

Until the next Crawl Bear – Ditka's OUT!
