One Swingy Dingy, Two Swingy Dingy

This is a down and dirty backblast.  Trying to get it posted before tomorrow – and running out of time. No fluff.

Warm Up with all your favorites – including, but maybe not limited to – SSH, IST, Windmill, Mountain Climbers, Toy Soldiers, Stretchy Stretchy

Mosey to DUMC and grab a cinder block (groan)

line up in the lot facing the dumpster (way far away) – we would start with 10 block swings and then travel across the lot making 3 stops (each about 15/20 yards apart) 10 swings at each stop = 40 swings

Head back from wence we came – same stops, squats each stop = 40 squats

Repeato – 40 more swings, 40 more squats

Take a lap around the parking lot – no block.  Put them away

Lunge walk to speed bump – then mosey to the other end of the lot. Circle up.

Merican time bomb – 5-4-3-2-1-BOOM

Mosey to the top of Goodrum

Run down – 10 mericans, Run Up – 10 jump squats x 3 trips

Waiting on the 6/Q – WW2 or LBC

Head to the school – hit the picnic tables

20 dips, 10 step ups each leg

repeato – 20 dips, 10 step ups each leg

Head for home

Mary – LBCs, Pretzel Crunch, Low Flutters
