FNG-1 = Camelback. Rodney needs to register for the website STILL! Come on dude!
FNG-2 = Mr. Holland's dog. Man's best friend ran 5 solid miles, full post. I've made the decision, he makes the backblast. Blackbeard may yell at me for this, but the dog's social media game justifies it: https://www.instagram.com/tornado.watch
Off-the-books opportunity here on MLK day… a real treat for the bankers and teachers of LKN and TPR. Personally I wanted a double-down, I've got the Hilton Head relay coming up soon and I thought Titan plus a run this afternoon would be perfect. It was. We did about five miles.
For some pax, it was a similar double-down. For others, it was an opportunity to fartsack and still get some work in. Regardless of the how or why, it was a great run, solid crew, and some great 2nd F at D9. So good to have a great crew to run with. And a beautiful, cold, but sunny day to enjoy on the greenway.
BB title is a quote from MLK himself. Let's not forget what the holiday is for. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a man of many inspirational words and ideas, but above all else he preached love for our fellow man, and love for our neighbors and community. Seems befitting that we took some time today to enjoy a strenuous workout, shared the sweet taste of finish line beer, while celebrating eachother's fellowship and friendship. I like to think we honored Dr. King in our own way today.
