The forecast was cold & rainy. Surprisingly, the Q slot was wide open at Mustang. To avoid cold raindrops sliding down YHC’s bald head, the only option was to grab the Q and workout under cover of the gym entrance…..pondering further…..a hat would have worked too. Nonetheless, the PAX gathered in the only dry spot at the AO. The workout went like this….
