OTB Clydesdale 10k from DR sac

9 PAX completed a Sunday morning 10K at a F2 Clydesdale pace (10.5 min/mile pace).  Quick horse fact: One horse can pull 4x their own weight, but two who have trained together can pull 6x their combined weight.

A big welcome to our new neighbor Swing State who moved in just last week.

The run started at DryRub’s cul-de-sac (aka DR’s sac), and we ran by the Community in Christ Lutheran Church where we gave low-5's to Pastor Travis (F3 Moab) as he walked into church.  Then, we ran by the lake, through Robbins Park, off road through the woods, along the Greenway to Birkdale village (Magnus led us in 15 IC incline merkins), and finally back down the parkway to finish at the sac.

Bouncey House led the pax several times and was so inspired that he wants this to be a Sunday am thang.  The pax agreed.

Get in touch with Dry Rub or one of the pax above to get in on the action next Sunday at 7am.

We prayed for strength and courage to keep our friendships and community strong and for Binary's mom who is recovering from her recent illness.
