Keeping consistent with the weights so far in 2024. Thanks to Snake Eyes and Drebin for showing up on another Monday to get the week started with some accountability. A few sets of flat bench, incline dumbbell presses, and bent over rows; then some hammer curls, dips, and dumbbell squats; quick set of pull-ups, some mary, and 50 pushups. Kept the HR elevated for a solid 45 mins and got a little stronger!
