Back on the swole train this Monday after two prior Mondays off due to YHC’s travels. Got the week off to a great start with 4 sets of flat bench and back squats, with some curls, dips, and pull-up work mixed in. Trying to work up to 10 strict pull-ups means working those smaller muscle groups instead of just trying to get better at pull-ups by only doing pull-ups. Worked in some scapular pull-ups and banded/assisted pull-ups and then finished with a 30-second negative pull-up hold. Thanks for the accountability this morning gents.
