5 PAX for an Of The Books (OTB) beatdown at St.Marks in place of #Gladiator. I was surprised but happy to see the guys out. #SocialDistancing took priority but the workout did not suffer.

Consistency is key during these uncertain times; we cannot ignore our King (fitness). If you choose not to meet up with other PAX, that's okay. But be sure to keep active. It is extrememly easy to slip back into being a #SadClown. Let's be sure to hold each other accountable because "self" accountability is an Opra Bomb that we have been told is possible but it just isn't.
Remember, Iron Sharpens Iron. Reach out to other PAX, check-in with them, and ask them how their fitness is going as well as how they are coping with this "new normal".
Not matter what you do, be sure to maintain #SocialDistancing and wash your hands regularly. In the long run, we will all come out of this pandemic on the other side together.
