AO

Tammy Faye had an idea for a run so he texted YHC and Tuffy sometime yesterday.  YHC's IT department was setting me up with a new iPhone (that's another story in itself, but let's just say it was a fun lake day Saturday) so YHC didn't see it until late afternoon.  Tammy Faye's idea was to run the 1st 1.5 miles of the HH and the last 1.5 miles of the HH plus I suppose about 1.5 miles of connecting the 2, for a total of 4.5 miles.  Since YHC EH'ed these two (we'll call them runners now!) runners to run the HH this December, YHC was an HC for this OTB.

Tuffy responded with "what's HC mean?"  Tammy Faye found the Lexicon on the website, forwarded the link and defined HC as well as YHC.

So the point is the OTB came about fast and furious, then we took is slow and easy.  Next time we'll PB it.

Great run, fellas.  Have to admit, when we got about 2ish miles in and Tammy Faye informed us he'd gotten the route from Turnpike we were a bit worried, but sure enough we found ourselves back at the launch point just in time to also get our 50 WW2 sit-ups in before heading home.

We saw the FKT folks putting in work this morning.  We witnessed running and burpees but we did not stop to join them.

That's it.  Great idea, Tammy Faye.  Any other "beginner runners" training for the Half and want to join us, reach out to Tammy Faye, The Force or Tuffy.  And look for the PBs……..

The Force is OUT.

*shocker*
