WARM UP
THE THANG
-Mosey to top of little hill.
-2 Pax do an exercise while the other two mosey about 100 yards (flat ground) and back
-Switch
-2 Pax do an exercise while the other two mosey about 100 yards (not so flat ground) and back
-Switch
-Mosey to bottom of big hill
-Quadrifillia up big hill
-CDDs at the top
-Mosey to playground
-Hang until failure
-10 Pull ups
-Some block work (5 More Style)
MARY
*Mater complained (That is how I interpreted it) that the flat ground moseying was too easy so we switched directions.
*Marker woke up at 3AM so he decided to join us because he was bored.
*Strudel was the lonesome SVU resident there as business had pulled the rest (the other 1) away.
*The stairs were planned but when the very first stretch almost dropped me to my knees with hip pain and audible was called.
*SVU needs more blocks to replace what the vandals broke yet again. Happy to help make this happen by throwing in a few bucks or going to Lowes if need be.
