The morning began with my dog barking at some loud coyotes in the early morning hours. I shook it off and headed to Gladiator to see who would be joining me for todays fun aka painfest. They started arriving and we were off about 10 steps for the following:

During the exercises we switched logs so all Pax had a chance to get the heavy and lighter logs.

Frontier was looking strong as he got one last trip in before heading to the Super Bowl. Or at least the general vicinity.
Amen was fairly quiet this morning as far as I could tell.
The Colonel drew one of the short straws, ending up with the heaviest log this morning. I had to rotate logs so everyone could experience the beast.
Bob Ross crushed it today after a solid lead yesterday.
The Count succumbed to YHCs peer pressure to join a boot camp and it was great to see him today.
Upcoming events are the Daytona 500 tomorrow, my 9th F3 Anniversary on Monday at Berean, and QvQ in March.
