Out of the Bullpen, and Into the Endzone

SwingState started out the week looking for a replacement Q at Dragon Slayer today.  I didn't have a plan at the time, but figured I could come up with one in a few days.  I was wrong.

But here is what happened anyway:

Detour around the church so Hoodie and Kosar could grab bells.

Circle up for Trusters, SSHs, KB Swings, and Hand Release Merkins.

Once properly warmed up we headed over to the most well lit corner of the GCC parking lot and did some stuff.

10 Thrusters, KB BearCrawl to next island, 20 Merkins, Duck Walk back to 1st island, Frog hop back to 2nd island/whereever you left your KB.

Repeato from island 2 to 3, and so on.

This is when I told the Pax I was leaving and they needed to head over to the softball field.

(I didn't really leave, just ran to my car.)

Line up the pax by height, count off, 1-2-1-2-1-2…..

And play 25-30 minutes of Ulitmate Frizbee!!!!!

It was glorious. And like everything in F3, it was a tie, and everyone gets a partipation certificate.

Naked Moleskin:

Thank you to everyone for being a good sport this morning.  And even bigger thanks for no blown out knees or ankles.  That's always a risk when we host a field day. No complaints heard in the moment, but if you feel the urge complain now, please sent it over to sorry@sorry-not-sorry.com.

Some real Ultimate Fribee pros out there today.  Landline and NT seemed like they'd played the game together before.  I knew the frisbee was inveted in the 1950's, I just didn't know those two had been playing since then.  Yep, they are old.

Springy and Rico formed a impressive offensive duo also.  Lots of time spent in the endzone by those guys.

Great to have the McAully clown car fleet back in action.  Would have been a lonely game without you guys.  Always a fun group. Bunyan and Tuck must have found a better offer.

Welcome back OB, hope we keeping seeing you on a more and more regular basis as you return from IR.

Kosar, Rooter, and Banana Peel rolled with the punches this morning.  I'm sure they came looking for a iron pumping sweatfest.  Hope the cardio didn't disappoint too much.

This has been the week of posting with Hoodie for me.  It's been my pleasure.  Hope the change of pace this morning wasn't too much for you.

Thanks Gypsy for the opportunity to lead.  I'm glad I could Q a morning at DS, since we could'nt find a date in July or August.

Annoucement – FNG/Kotters week!  Next Week.  June 11-16.  All F3LKN workouts.  Bring your friends, enemies, and any guys you feel just nuetral about!!
