Reflection:
Galations 6:9:
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. So this time of year I'm usually gearing-up for the BRR. Which means LOTS OF HILLS! I always think back to this verse each time I encounter a big hill. You can substitute the asphalt hill with any obstacle in life. You reach a point when running up a massive hill when the thought pops in your head to stop. To not push thought it. To give up. What if God did that to us? What if we gave up every time life gave us a hill? I've stopped on my share of hills, believe me. (Last weekend) 🙁 But I always feel much better at the top if I don't. And its the same with life. That hill could be anything. A work issue, a family issue, a friend issue, a personal struggle. He puts those hills in front of us to make us stronger.
Moleskine:
– 6:59 and I'm all alone in the parking lot trying to get motivated for a SadClown workout
– 7:01 Dandelion rolls in with his 2.0s and then Cheetah runs in….let's do this
– Socrates and Ricky Bobby gave us a good taste of what F3 Dads Camp probably felt like
– Not sure what tired Dandelion out more today, the workout or keeping his 2.0s from stealing his truck
– Not sure Mustang worked out today. 2 SVU at coffee, 0 Mustang Let the record show. #SaveMustang
– Good seing GoLIve out running in the neighborhood. He's been busy and is going to be joining us again soon, schedule allowing.
– As always an honor to lead and be led by you gentlemen
