Over the Wall

13 brave souls met for a Deliverance to mark the beginning of yet another NASCAR season in Race City. 3 ruckers did whatever ruckers do while the remaining 10 pax travelled over Biffle's "wall" to the spooky side.

The Feature Event:

Once all GPS enabled devices synced up with Big Brother, we left Hope Park and travelled through Morrison Plantation to arrive at the manmade impediment to progress. Since no border agents were in sight, the pax traversed said barrier and travelled the dirt path through a desolate forest to meet the infamous Brushless Speed Bump near said unemployed driver's toy shed. Hearing no accidental airborne incidents from the pax we continued on Doolie road to the home of the Wildcats for a victory lap around the parking lot. Normally the site of an hour long caution flag every afternoon, the LNHS parking lot was empty nay for a couple pre-dawn Driver's Ed. students. Sleep deprived teenage drivers, what could go wrong?

Having paid tribute to our insitute of lower education we returned through the wooded wilderness back to the AO for a total diastance of 4.1 mi except for Loveshack and FLG (he supposedly hates running = Fake News) who ran an extra lap around the Y track.

Ruckers were gone but we still had time for a little Mary as follows:

1 min. elbow plank

25 LBC's in cadence

15 'Mercans in Cadence

Moleskin:

An honor to lead these runners and wannabe runners through the morning pain.

Prayers go out for Santiago's M, Michelle and soon to be deployed Panama Red. Keep them in your thoughts.

Mailman at the Biffle barrier "is this where we turn around?" I'm pretty sure you never said that to your drill Sgt.

A strong showing with our growing run group; getting stronger and faster. Keep it up harriers, you inspire me.
